Hey guys, I check this page a while back and it shows Captain America on Enhanced Condition page. What happened? If there is something that need to be proven, it must be told. I have no  rights, all rights belong to Marvel Comics. The Super-Soldier Serum enhanced Captain America's physical and mental abilities beyond than finest human athletes that ever competed. The sources below will show you readers that Captain America is able to pushed to enhanced/superhuman levels. The powers that Captain America have performed to be at enhanced/superhuman levels is his strength, speed, durability, agility, reflexes, stamina, healing, senses, intelligence and longevity. This answer has clearly proven that his physical and mental has been enhanced to Super-Soldier levels as Dr. Abraham Erskine has stated in Captain America Comics Vol 1 1 about his enhanced condition being affected physically and mentally. 

• Speed: As one of the Marvel's handbooks like Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe Vol 1 2 has stated Captain America's speed to be peak human which enable him to run at 30 mph.  However, on one occasion, he has been shown to pushed his speed from peak human to superhuman level, as Marvel Database wiki has clearly stated Steve's capacity speed to be "twice that pace over shorter distances when necessary." Which his full speed is 60mph, and source for his full speed is w:c:marvel:Captain America: 65th Anniversary Vol 1 1 and Captain America has claim in the same source that he can run a mile in one minute. 
• Strength: As you can see in his Marvel Database wiki, that the Power Grid will say his strength is at 3, meaning his strength is Peak Human.  However, lets make it clear to say about the proof about Captain America can pushed his strength to enhanced levels. The three impressive feats will show that his strength is pushed to enhanced levels. The 1st feat is Captain America pulling a very large stone block while Captain Britain who is superhuman watches him (Captain America Vol 1 306), overcome the pulling power of two modified motorcycles that was moving at full speeds, and that would easily rip a human's arms like a piece of paper (Captain America Vol 1 259), and last Rogers yanks a helicopter out of the air. (Secret Avengers Vol 1 16) There is no doubt that peak human strength can accomplished the feats Captain America have perform, he can push his strength from peak human to enhanced/superhuman levels.
• Stamina: Captain America's stamina is able to exert himself at peak capacity for up to one hour. However, the source feat of Captain America is able to push his stamina to enhanced/superhuman levels is from Captain America Vol 1 384. As you can see that Captain America himself has stated about his stamina and lung capacity. He was in Artric Ocean, and while searching underwater for D-Man over one hour.
• Intelligence: As mention above, Dr. Erskine has talked about his powers being enhanced physically and mentally. Here is the best feat about his enhanced intelligence.  In Captain America: Theater of War - To Soldier On Vol 1 1, the important feat about Captain America's intelligence is when he stated himself "My mind was enhanced to the point that I could remember any military tactic and apply it to any situation." He even stated the side effect from his mental powers that he never forgets anything.

• Reflexes: According to w:c:marvel:Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe Vol 1 2, you will see inside the handbook  that it stated his reaction speed is to be "ten times faster than normal humans", it will put his reflexes to be border on superhuman level, meaning his reflexes is superhuman, and not "Peak Human". I will give you two other superhuman feats for his reflexes. 1st feat is him doding numerous of automatic gunfires, it is comparable with Spider-Man's performance (Captain America Vol 1 349), and 2nd feat is Captain America dodging Blue Streak's laser beams (Captain America Vol 1 318).
• Senses: Captain America has proven why can dodge bullets is because in Captain America Vol 5 17, the reason he can dodge bullets is because he said "I see faster", meaning he sees faster than bullets. . Here is another feat of his Enhanced Senses. (Captain America Vol 1 257) 
• Healing: Captain America's healing is not as extreme powerful as Wolverine or Deadpool. Nevertheless, he can heal faster than any humans. His regeneration healing factor is so great that he can survive a bullet to the head, though he was unconscious for at least six weeks, and Alisande Morales surmised that Rogers partially due to sheer willpower. • Agility: Captain America has perform many feats of his agility. I will give a good enough example for his agility that are in the enhanced levels. In Captain America Vol 7 12, he has been seen leaping across rooftops with ease. 
• Longevity: If Captain America was not frozen in a block of ice and still have the Super-Soldier Serum flowing through him, either way, he will not age. I give one good feat about his advanced longevity. In Captain America Vol 7 11, Captain America had spent a decade in Dimension Z, yet returned to Earth the same day with no noticeable signs of aging.

• Durability: Marvel Power grid has classified Captain America's durability to be "#3 which means enhanced". There is no evidence in the Official Handbooks that said his durability is Peak Human. If they have, please correct me. His durability has been proven enough that his durability title should say "Enhanced". For example, the source that desrcibes his impressive durability feat is Captain America: Living Legend Vol 1 2. In the comic issue, after Captain America had jump out the plane that he self-destruct, he has been shown to use S.H.I.E.L.D. tech low open parachute that last a short time and withstand the impact on the ground from ten miles up with only little injury.  Some people may say that his durability feat is peak human, but if it is peak human, the limited to peak human durability is withstanding several stories that is hundreds of feet. If a human did the exact feat as Captain America had performed, with no doubt, the person will get killed.  If a person with Peak Human Durability like Cocan the Barbarian had did this dangerous feat, he may survive, but his bones will be broken and will have to go to the hospital. The enivronment that Captain America was located is very cold. Combine Captain America withstanding the impact fall and the cold temperatures, his durability are pushed in levels to be slightly superhuman.

In conculsion, it is better to tell the admins from Marvel Database wiki to change some of Captain America's power titles to be "Enhanced". His enhanced condition can be pushed to superhuman levels when necessary.
