Two Questions
1. I have been asking this around but, would using biotechnology on a person to give them powers make them like a cyborg. Would their body contain machinery that someone with Technopathy could hack?

Thank you for the answer but I thought Biotech was organic based. I was wondering if USING it on someone would leave small traces of machinery to hack. Cyborg's body was merged with plain technology. To better explain, here is a hypothesis. In the marvel comics, there is a serum called Extremis, and it uses nanotech to modify the body. If someone went through that would there be little robots in the body that could be controled by someone with Technopathy or Magnetism Control?
Also I hope you dont mind i made this backstory for you:
It all begins before the charcaters born. His parents, Whoever you want them to be, Found out that they are incapable of having a baby, Even throught the art of mysticism is useless. SO they began to dabble woth the art of Science and nanotechnolgy. With the proccess succesful, They created your character which Transcended beyond science and magic. The rest is up to you.
Hope you like it! :)

Also how would he get Psionics
Technacly yes he could be controled with someone who has technopatthy and possibly magnetism control (depending on the metal used) because there is traces of robotics in the body however you could make your character to powerful to be controled similarly to how Superboy broke the control Lex Luthor had over him.
biotechnology is the exploitation of biological processes for industrial and other purposes, especially the genetic manipulation of microorganisms for the production of antibiotics, hormones, etc.
it has nothing to do with mechanical and metal alloy robotics. what you are thinking about is bio-synethic cybernetics in other words cybernetic enhancements made not from metal and other such materials but nano cellular machinary made from carbon laticuse and what not essentially a cyborg made out of nothing but living tissues and organic material kind of like the cellular chips the clones have implanted in them in the star wars the clone wars.
Celluar chips to control the way you think....!
That would really depend on the power of Magnetism and technopathy. So its really unknown. But you could also say its based off the power of the person with the bio tech. It really up to you or For now a mystery.
No, biotech doesn't make you a cyborg. Cyborgs are part-machine, while biotech is organic.
This is an interesting topic IMO. To expand on Mannymr (right?)'s comment, if a cyborg runs on some sort of fuel/nuclear stuff (like the Terminators), then maybe power that can combust/blow up inflammable things (Explosion Induction, Pyrokinesis, Telekinesis?) can be used to kill the the thing if it's hard/impossible to kill otherwise?
i know this may seem off topic, but if theres anything i love, its combining fantasy and schi-fi together to make this whol new world. Like Magic - Science ascendency.
I think not, although i could be wrong at the same time, since biotech depends on oragnic sources instead of technological ones
