If you are an admin and are not making an active presence on the Discord, I require that you be present. The important discussion takes place there and it's difficult making sure all admins get the message. Unless you have a good reason to not be on Discord, you are required to be there, or demotions will be handed out. I don't have the time or patience for the inconvenience.
