I think that there is. Just as some others said Omnipotence is to be without constraint or limits. So the only other thing would have to be Omnipotence right? Well I say any thing that is limitless, and anything that can use limitless restraints would be inherently stronger than an Omnipotent being.
How I see it is like a track race, a giant long stretch of land without limit. Omnipotence being larger than Omnipotence, how I see it is that while one racer is at the edge of his track another racer next to him is on a track that is even further ahead in a completely different race. Both are the pinnacle, furthest, while still existing without limits, however one is further than the other.
With the Limitless restraints, boundary manipulation, or what have you I believe that it is also naturally higher than Omnipotence but depending on how you look at it. Think of my previous analogy of the track races, this time the terrain of the race (or limits, boundaries, or what have you) is being shifted. So what if the race is no longer infinitely going straight? What if it goes in a spiral for all of infinity instead? Being able to fundamentally change the course/nature of the powers of finite and infinite things would technically be a higher power guiding Omnipotence. Even though it may or may not be able to fight Omnipotence it would be able to impact it in some way.
I still feel like the track race analogy doesn't explore the concept of "Trapped" infinity. Since a finite infinity is impossible think of it as changing the route of expansion. Lets say if the character in question had Omnipotent power level, he naturally would be +∞ however with the Omni limitation manipulation another character could change it in the inverse direction making it into -∞. The thing is if the character is a True Omnipotent being (State of being that grants all powers) then he would be able to just undo it the second he realizes it since he also has that power.
