Capabilities[]
The user can cause people to freeze within their current state in space. The person/people may have their motor and cognitive functions being frozen as well, so they have no idea that it happened as it just goes by and skips over the time in which they were frozen, according to their perception of things.

Limitations[]
- Only works with people, objects and other non-humans will continue to move.
- Sometimes awareness is maintained by a frozen individual, though they remain immobilized.
- May be limited to how many times it can be used or how many targets it can be used on.
- May only use with various hand gestures and not with the mind.
- May only be able to induce immobilization on certain targets, as some targets can be immune.
