The ability to freeze people in space. A sub power of Mind Control, Muscle Manipulation, and Nerve Manipulation. Not to be confused with Time Immobilization.

Capabilities
The user is able to make people freeze within their current state in space. The person/people have their motor and cognitive functions being frozen as well, so have no idea that it happened as it just goes by and skips over the time they were frozen in time according to their perception of things.
Associations
It gives the target the impression of Time Immobilization, but it does not stop time, only the movement and perceptions of certain people that the user focuses on. Binding may also be a related power. May or may not be because of molecular manipulation. If there is no scientific explanation it may be caused by magic.
Limitations
- Only works with people. Objects and other non-humans will continue to work.
- Can only freeze so many people at a time. e.g. a bar's worth of people.
