The ability to freeze peoples bodys in space. Only applies to people. A sub power of Mind Control. Not to be confused with Time Stopping.

Capabilities
The user is able to make people freeze within their current state in space. The person/people being freezed have no idea that it happened as it just goes by and skips over the time they were frozen in time according to their perception of things.
Associations
It gives the target the imression of Time Stopping but it does not stop time, only the movement and perseptions of certain people that the user focuses on.
Limitations
- Only works with people. Objects and other non-humans will continue to work.
- Can only freeze so many people at a time. e.g. a bar's worth of people.
