Users possesses a personal and limitless reality/plane/world within themselves filled with great knowledge and potential that they can mostly use any given advantage or circumstances making them extremely powerful beings.

Depending on the nature of this inner world and the fact of it being boundless, Users have unlimited possibilities at their disposal, being able to accomplish many things such as pulling and trapping targets inside their world where the user has complete authority and lordship or bringing anything created from inside their inner world into the outer world, requiring new abilities from their worlds and bestowing them to others or themselves, drawing limitless power and knowledge from their world and using it to empower themselves at any given time, or overtaking the outer world for a limited amount of time and reshaping it to the user's desires allowing them temporary sovereignty over the "outer" world.

Extremely powerful and rare users of this power who have total and complete control over their inner world can perform even greater feats such as imbuing themselves with unimaginable power and peerless status effectively making the user into an undoubtedly all-powerful being of their world, designing and redefining their inner worlds however they see fit, like for example turning it into multiple universes, a borderless plane, a limitless void, or any other place, creating life, making absolutely any entities they can imagine and summon them to their aid at will, intentionally or unintentionally manifest inner beings that protects the user against any threat, punish or torment intruders, or empowers them to achieve their goals.

Ultimately depending on the amount of control and mastery, the user has over their boundless inner world will show just how much of a threat they can really be as the possibilities for the user are essentially endless.
