The power to manipulate capes/cape-type clothing. Variation of Cloth Manipulation.

Capabilities

The user can create, shape, and manipulate scarves or other scarf-type clothing.

Applications

Cloth Constructs using capes
Manipulate the properties of capes.
Object Attacks using capes.
Reflect projectiles.
Stretch the cape and use it to constrict or suffocate others.
Teleportation by wrapping oneself in the cape.

Associations

Limitations

Capes can get caught and snagged, causing wearer to suffer injuries or even death. Many great heroes were injured or perished as a result.
