User can use catoptromancy; an ability to use reflective surfaces such as mirrors or others to see people or objects far away from the user possibility even through out space and time.

Limitations[]

May not be able to hear what viewed people are saying.
May be limited to scrying through other reflecting surfaces.
User may need a formula to activate this, i.e. Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is fairest of them all?
Can't work if the mirror/reflective surface is broken/disoriented.
The user has to see through the mirror/reflective surface, so if the mirror/reflective surface is obscured or covered directly, or if the user doesn't see it, the power will be nullified.
Might require another mirror/reflective surface (i.e. a building or a handheld mirror) that the target is nearby for the user to see from the their own mirror/reflective surface to the opposite side.
