In 1979, author Chelsea Yarbro claimed to channel an entity that referred to itself as "Michael." The Michael Entity was a group soul, a collective consciousness of 1050 essences who had finished all their lifetimes on Earth, cycled off the physical plane, and recombined into an Entity which resided in and taught from the causal plane.
