The user can create, shape and manipulate the center of anything, making it to change its position as they move around the being they are the center of. They can manipulate centers as in how significant the being in question is.
Examples of which are center of an event or an object. Controlling the said center which is the core of anything will affect the said thing in question. If you control the center of an event, then you control how the event goes.
