In Mortal Combat universe the only way someone can take over another realm is to defeat that world's greatest warrior in "Mortal Combat Tournaments".
Power/Ability to:	declare challenges or tournaments that are either mortal made or divine laws to gain great glory, prices, or power.

The power to declare a state of challenges or tournaments to gain great glory, prizes, status, or power unimaginable.

Capabilities

The user is capable of declaring a various kinds of challenges, wether they are games or race or sports or even a one on one battle. The user is able to create challenges and contests that are not bound by reality and are able to manipulate them in ways they see fit. The user if possess the porper powers that are made for the challenges they declare, they would be at a major advantage over their opponents. If the users defeat their opponents, they would be able gain what ever the challenge decrees be the prize at the end.
