The user can perceive, manipulate or otherwise interact with information and aspects of the mind using chi, enabling them to mentally communicate with other beings as well as potentially read and control their thoughts, memories and emotions.
Due to being based on chi, users aren’t necessarily affected by Anti-Psychic Presence. They can communicate or link their minds via a connection of chi, between targets and themselves. Allowing the user to communicate with others from short or long distances, without opening their mouths and being there.
