Dr. Manhattan (Watchmen)
The ability to see the past, present, and future. A partial power of Enhanced Vision, Time Manipulation, and Time Travel.
Capability
The user can see any point in their lives. Lower-level users can see only a few days or months into the future, but higher-level users can see events all throughout time, whether that be along their own timelines or along the timelines of others.
Limitations
- May not have concious control over what they see.
- User may be unable to prevent something that will occur in the future (i.e. the death of a friend or family member.)
- User may not be able to see the past before their own birth.
- User may not be able to future after their death.
- Some users may see the past, present, and future simaltaneously. This can be dangerous to certain individuals as the constant stream of information may overload their brains and kill them.
