Capabilities
The user is able to utilize time manipulation with their physical combat, making their attacks appear extremely fast while causing the victim to be slowed down.

- Time Reduction: to reduce the opponent's attack speed.
- Can cause the victim to be disoriented, making them feel relive an attack or lose track of time, making them vulnerable to the user.
