The user has great, if not innate knowledge of chronophysics, the study of time travel and its effects. The user research how certain actions effects the time stream or timelines. They know the necessary components to perform time travel and how to navigate time streams. They study the physics of time, including its properties and what causes a reaction.

Inevitable Event Creation: With enough experience and intricate planning, a user can create points in history that is locked and unchangeable.
Temporal Awareness: With their knowledge about the time stream, a user can sense/detect any alterations in the time-stream, allowing them to discern alternate timelines, sense use/users of a time machine.
Temporal Messaging: With their knowledge about the time stream, a user can deliver messages to others across different time periods.
