Users of this ability have the ability to take on the traits of a Churel or are one, according to Indian folklore Churels are the vengeful spirits of women who died in tragic circumstances such as childbirth or due to suffering at the hands of loved ones, becoming a type of demonic revenant that exclusively targets males, often latching onto trees and thus being considered a type of tree-spirit as well.
