The Solar System, a person w/ Circadian Control can take change of a planet
Circadian Control is the power to Reposition Planets, not to confused with Reality Warping or Chronokinesis. Is an enhanced ability of Earth Manipulation.
Capability
The user is capable of manipulating and changing the flow of day and night. Time still flows naturally, but earth is just simply rotated rapidly. Can shift to dawn, twilight, sunrise, morning, midday, afternoon, diurnal hours, evening, dusk, crepuscular hours, sunset, night, midnight, or nocturnal hours.
Limits
