They are physically, emotionally, and/or mentally harmonized to such backdrops, allowing for the perception and communion with all the goings on within such establishments. Even being able to ascertain whether or not if everything within is in balance or not. Able to sense the individual psyche state of local citizens or when the intraurban area itself is in upheaval, leaving the user at a junction of tranquility. Or in a mood of duress depending on civil case study.
