The user can detect events from other locations and times. In addition, as users are currently divining in the past, present, future as they psychically perceive whether the supernatural omen is from either course of history, often at will. Users in some cases, may even perceives in their mind to the identity of other subjects thats been received, receiving, or will receive a given supernatural omen, often at will.
