The ability to create clouds out of water from the atmosphere. Partial power of Weather Manipulation .

Capability

A person with this power has the ability to convert water in the atmosphere into clouds. They can even create clouds at street level as long as there is water in the air. The clouds are controllable through practice and it is possible to create air gaps within the clouds. A master would know how to create any type of cloud, be it a peaceful white cloud to a dark stormy raincloud. However, the user is limited by the fact that they don't have full control of the clouds once released.

Application

• Clouds can become an excellent smokescreen at street level.
• Can learn how to make different types of clouds.
• Can make structures using cloud.
• The user is able to make the cloud to rain.
• Have echolocation in the rain to track anyone you wanted.

• Be able to control dark stormy raincloud.
• You can make a hail storm.
• You can jump on clouds.

Limitations

• May become blinded by own clouds when facing air manipulation users.
• Any created thunderstorms may not be controllable.
