Capabilities

The user is able to rapidly cool the air in a large area and generate cold air from around their body. The air is significantly colder, making it able to freeze and blow away targets. This often does not have all the abilities of true Wind Generation, but it gains the freezing ability as a trade off; capable of negating heat based attacks with walls of cold air.
