The ability to deliver cold attacks using ranged weapons as conduits. Variation of Cold Weaponry, Elemental Ranged Weaponry and Ranged Power Weaponry. Opposite to Heat Ranged Weaponry. Not to be confused with Ice Ranged Weaponry.

The user can either use various ranged weaponry such as slingshots, bows, guns, cannons etc, as a conduit for cold or cold energy-based forces or impose those effects on ranged weapons to enhance them, causing freezing solid or greatly decelerating others.
