The Phalanx (Marvel Comics/Powers of X), one of Moira X's lives, are a collective techorganic intelligence capable of assimilating and incorporating entire species and civilizations into themselves, to the point they collapse into a black hole.

Capabilities

When a sizable communion of people are in a group, they immediately retain the ability to control reality. Their consciousnesses are united into one, neither age nor race of said people much less language, culture, ideology or moral view they have being remotely relavent.

Even if the singular is the only one of this gestalt remains with this ability, they can still warp reality if conjoined with a sizable few or many other people. The extent of this power can vary from universe level to all the way up as hyper dimensional level and the more within the community there are the more powerful they're shared power will become.
