"So . . . she lost cause all she had to lean on was her talent?
Yep. Even just standing out here in the audience, it's obvious Kawamichi's talent is second to none. Beyond Yuzuha's, maybe even beyond Hina's. But . . . Yuzuha has the benefit of experience. That was likely the difference maker, what Kawamichi lacked. To master a single technique, Yuzuha would have to drill it into her body, over and over, day in and day out. Even after learning a technique, practicing it would teach her the finest details of how to use it. What to adjust, what to refine, where it would have the most value. Mastery is a never-ending journey, a path with no end. All that work, work that's been ingrained into every single cell of her body, isn't something talent alone can overcome."
― Nozomi Tenma (Isshou Senkin/ST☆R: Strike it Rich)
