They can range from manifesting a person/object from one's own imaginations, to converting pure feelings and emotions into power, to even performing genuine miracles. As long as the user can perform an instrument or sing a song, and is in a emotional state to properly do so, the effects said above and many more can be utilized.

Many possibilities are open with proper practice of this power and while it is heavily reliant on wild variables like the user's emotion. For example, a user in despair/sadness may find themselves diminished in capability or lack of any fine control, thus liable to collateral damage. In contrast a happy/hopeful user usually hold potent amounts of power and generally have better focus on their aim. In short, success or failure is painstakingly dependent on the user's mood and mental state.
