The user can act out multiple possibilities simultaneously. Whenever a moment arises where there are multiple options for a course of action, causality dictates you can only choose one of those courses, one of those possibilities, as it will inevitably move the situation along to a new moment with new options, new possibilities, losing the opportunity and timing of the unchosen courses of action.
The possibility you chose becomes your timeline, and you must sequentially move onto the next situation or moment. A user with this power could completely defy reason, and act out any number of possible courses of action simultaneously within the same reality/timeline/universe, without causing it to branch off, split, etc.
Example: If there were two people; one in front of the user and one behind the user, and the user had a single stone in their hand to throw, they could normally only choose one person to throw it at. This power, however, lets the user act out throwing the stone at the person in front and behind simultaneously, irrespective of matter and energy being multiplied and overlapping, and physical laws otherwise being disregarded.
