The power to discharge a powerful concussive beam of solidified pure energy from one’s eyes, hands or any other various body part. May accompany Heat Beam Vision and a variant of Laser Emission.

Capabilities

The user’s eyes absorb large amounts of pure photo and kinetic energy, releasing at will. The beams and rays can knock over or obliterate objects/people, while slightly burning them as well as melt through solid matter with ease. Most high-level superhuman mutants (such as Darkseid and Vilgax) who possess this capability can even control the movements of their laser eye beams and rays such as making often them go in straight lines, cruve, twist, turn, bend, as well as follow and lock onto targets to really long-range with proficent accuracy and marksmanship.

Limits

May be involuntary as the beams may erupt whenever the user’s eyes are open.
User may not be immune to impact effects.
User may need to know location of target.
User may need to be conscious of action/movement.

Techniques

Optic Disruptor: to damage things by staring at them.
Transitional Phasing Beam: The power and ability to discharge an immensely strong and powerful beam of pure colored glowing energy through and from one's eyes that is capable of redirecting at one’s will and phase through objects. The beam greatly jars objects it phases through.
