The user can manipulate the condition and state target (object, place, person and event) is in, making a condition good or bad, affecting their appearance, quality and working order. They can make things pristine/in perfect condition/without flaws and maintain them, or make things run down/damaged, possibly being beyond repair.
Unlike Attribute Manipulation, this power just focus on limited number of attributes, and does not cover those such as speed, dexterity, agility, intelligence and so on.
