Capabilities
The user can ignore contact forces, forces that require contact with something, like a surface of the ground or an object. They can defy contact forces and not need to make contact with the surface, or interact with objects from a distance without touching them. They are affected by gravity, being still pulled towards the center of the Earth, and can't really fly or levitate.
