Capabilities
User is able to manipulate the controls of anything or anyone and bring them under the user's control. E.g., if the user wants to manipulate the control of a person's leg, then they can do so without a problem (not to be confused with Motor-Skill Manipulation). The user can even manipulate the controls of any object (not to be confused with any other powers or manipulations related to any of the objects or Telekinesis).
