Capabilities[]

The user wields psionics on a cosmic scale, meaning that a user's psychic abilities can influence beyond a planetary level, examples such as manipulating planets, cosmic forces and various forms of matter through psychokinetic means, become aware of everything across the universe, communicate and dominate the minds of trillions throughout the cosmos, travel to and transport anything to anywhere in the universe, control immense psychic forces that can allows them to warp reality on a limited scale, etc.

All or Any Cosmic-Based Powers (Powers vary according to the user): It is a list of forces that involves interacting with anything in the cosmos, on any scale, in any way. For example, stars, energy types, matter, worlds, life forms, galaxies, perhaps sub-universes, star systems, meteorites, and anything else included in the cosmos.

Cosmic Awareness: User is aware of anything that on a universal scale including planets being destroyed, threats, and/or anything that would affect them in any way. Depending on the scale of the user's power, how much of the cosmos can be perceived will change, for example, planetary perception, galaxy perception, whole cosmos perception, etc.
- Cosmic Knowledge: Possess immense knowledge of the universe. They are aware of most things such as powerful spells, advanced science, where to find someone, etc. Some users' knowledge may exceed others with the same power, as there may be some things the user is unaware of. The user has the potential to know almost everything.
Cosmic Empathy: Can fully interpret and replicate the emotions, moods, and temperaments of countless subjects at once on a planetary, galactic or even universal scale. Advanced users may possess equally powerful Emotion Manipulation abilities, enabling them to control countless subjects at once. Highly advanced cosmic empaths are able to locate even the most inconspicuous of beings via feeling them in the essence of those around them due to negative and positive intent.
- Remote Empathy: Can use empathy over vast distances, potentially on global or even cosmic scale. They can perceive, interpret, and even manipulate emotions at a distance. This can provide benefits such as privacy and convenience. Some examples: They can bring down the emotions of organisms on a planet to cause their mass extinction, or they can contribute to the development of civilization by keeping their moods pure and non-aggressive.
Cosmic Telekinesis: Has reached a high state of their telekinesis that they're able to move, manipulate and otherwise interact with matter to such a small degree, altering the basis of all matter and energy, control thousands of objects simultaneously as well to manipulate enormous objects such as planets with ease and coordination. Can be proven so powerful that they can manipulate the cosmic forces of the universe.
- Cosmic Energy Manipulation: Can create, shape, manipulate and absorb the energies of planets, stars, quasars, voids, nebulas, galaxies or anything else related to the cosmos. Might also be able to manipulate all other forms of energy that exist in the universe on a cosmic scale.
- Cosmic Element Manipulation: Can create, shape, summon and manipulate cosmic elements, like fire from the stars, water and air from comets, the Moon, planets etc. The user may also be able to produce special effects with the cosmic elements.
- Remote Telekinesis: Can control or otherwise interact with distant objects that are not within their sight/location. They can manipulate people and objects from afar, potentially even miles away for Example: controlling a rock in Africa while in England.
Cosmic Telepathy: Can read/sense thoughts, communicate with them mentally, and/or affect the minds/thoughts of countless subjects at once on a planetary, galactic, or even universal scale. May able to locate a user of Psychic Shield via seeing them in the minds of those around them.
- Remote Hypnosis: Use hypnosis over vast distances, potentially on global or even cosmic scale. User can hypnotize a distant person, manipulate as desired. This can provide the user with benefits such as privacy and convenience.
- Remote Mind Control: Can control target from afar, including between dimensional barriers. This advantage makes the targets unaware and therefore defenseless to this power. This can provide the user with benefits such as privacy and convenience.
- Remote Telepathy: Use telepathy over vast distances, potentially on global or even cosmic range. The user can telepathy with someone far away, interact as he/she desires, read their mind, manipulate etc. This can provide the user with benefits such as privacy and convenience.
Cosmic Teleportation: Teleport anywhere in the universe. Can transport themselves, others, and objects anywhere in the universe and are potentially able to teleport massive objects such as planets, stars, and even galaxies depending on their strength.

Psychic Power: Users possess an extraordinary amount of psychic power; a living/mental elemental energy/force of the mind from which they derive all abilities as it is the source of psionics. In all its power, psychic powers, by its concept, can produce endless levels of energy that can come from mundane and/or esoteric/supernatural natures, granting its user a wide variety of powers over time or all at once, family heritage, mutation or magic. By harnessing the power of the mind, users can be capable of extraordinary feats that relate to the forces of the mind, all of which can be utilized to the user’s benefit.
Psychic Warping: user can manipulate the very fabric of reality and change existence itself. Capable of creating massive realistic hallucinations, conjure any material and even life from absolutely nothing, and rewrite existence in their own image. Can change reality either through sheer willpower, thoughts, feelings, beliefs and/or desires.
- Psychic Space-Time Manipulation: user can manipulate space-time made out of psychic/psionic energy allowing them to put their target in a certain state of space or time as they wish. On a higher level, the user can also manipulate space-time using psionic power.

User's body may not be powerful as their mind thus could succumb to physical damage and potentially die.
Users of Omni-Psionics, Absolute Psionic Power, Psionic Godhood, Almighty Mind are superior and can overpower them.
