Users can read/sense thoughts, communicate with them mentally, and/or affect the minds/thoughts of countless subjects at once on a planetary, galactic, or even universal scale. This power allows them to sense thoughts, emotions, and even memories of beings from distant galaxies, as if no physical distance separates them. Their capabilities include reading and influencing alien minds, transmitting messages instantaneously across light-years, and tapping into the collective knowledge of entire civilizations. They can perceive cosmic-level phenomena—like the birth and death of stars—through the consciousness of entities that dwell near these events. With such power, they are capable of unifying minds across interstellar distances, creating a network of shared awareness that can bring beings of different worlds into instantaneous communication, effectively transcending barriers of language, culture, and species. Additionally, they can influence the dreams, fears, and desires of extraterrestrial beings, possibly leading entire societies toward peace or conflict.
