Capabilities

User can create, shape and manipulate Depressants, drug that lowers neurotransmission levels, which is to depress or reduce arousal or stimulation, in various areas of the brain.

Examples of depressants are Alcohol, usually found as alcoholic beverages such as beer, and Muscle Relaxants.
