Mega Man (Archie's Mega Man) uses the Sonic Shot, a modified version of his charged shot that can reverse roboticization.

Capabilities

The user is able to convert robots, cyborgs or otherwise mechanical beings into biological equivalents, shifting circuitry and programming code into flesh and bone.

This process can also be used to reverse Robotization.
