The user can feel and/or release the inhibitions of wants and desires of another being, inducing them to act on them to reveal their true nature, their darkest secrets and deepest desires that people don't even realize they have or confess on having.
Unlike Desire Inducement user doesn't induce desire but rather releases the desires that already dwell within their target.
