The user can manifest their desires into reality, either at will or subconsciously. When their desires are minor or simple, the changes they create tend to be subtle, almost imperceptible to the casual observer, aligning events with the user's desires. When their desires are larger or more complex, reality itself is altered to fit the user's desires in a way that fulfills them satisfactorily without unintended consequences or negative outcomes. Whatever the user longs for will materialize, whether it'd be an object, an ability, a future, an event, a location, an entire reality, etc. with the limits being the user's desire itself.
