Capabilities

The user can obtain any power as long as they desire it, with flying, running at superhuman speeds, or blasting an intended target being just a few options among the endless array of abilities that the user can manifest based on their desires and wants/wishes.

Limitation

• The strength of the power may be based on how strongly the user wants it.
• Meta Power Negation are the perfect counters.
• The user may forget that they have a specific Ability/Power if they have too many
• The user may only be able to hold a limited number of abilities at any given time.
• When the user doesn't desire it anymore, the power will be removed.
