The user can utilize the Dragon Arts, a specialized system of techniques based around dragon powers. This set of skills is focused on channeling draconic essence, forces, magic, energy, elements, spirits, items and/or possibly calling on draconic entities to perform various feats. Practitioners may or may not be dragons or draconic in origin.
