Capabilities[]
The user has a draconic form of divinity and divine powers that them an immense amount of raw power beyond the mundane, making the draconic users divine being by nature, a status which can be obtained several different ways. Users can gain this type of divinity by having draconic ancestry, being transformed into a divine dragon either by another more powerful divine dragon, a deity, higher being, or by faith, channel, act as a vessel for, have the power/soul of an dragon, mimic/steal powers from an dragon, or be enhanced/evolved to the point of godhood. However, at times users of draconic divinities are more powerful or even weaker than other deities depending on the type of divine being they are in question.
The level and form of this type of divinity are variable and unique by the user's nature and character of being, thus weaker or stronger users of dragon divinity are ultimately reliant on the user alone or the being that made them.

As the Ouroboros Dragon, Ophis (High School DxD) is a Dragon God who represents "Infinity" born from nothingness, as such wields infinite power, surpassing the strongest god-class beings, being rivaled only by a fellow Dragon God, Great Red, and the Apocalyptic Beast, Triexha.
Lilith (High School DxD) was born from roughly three-fourths of Ophis' power, making her a Dragon God, but not as powerful as her original.
After his supposed "death" Issei Hyoudou (High School DxD) gained a new body made from Great Red's flesh and Ophis' power, turning him into a Humanoid Dragon with the power of the "Infinite" and "Dream", making him a potential Dragon God.
Rimuru Tempest (Tensura) eventually evolved into an "Ultimate Slime", a subspecies of True Dragon, the highest ranking beings in existence. They're nigh-invulnerable and nigh-unstoppable avatars of nature that serve as the pillars of all creation with only five known to exist.

The "Storm Dragon" Veldora (Tensura) is one of the five True Dragons. The personification of chaos and destruction who terrorized humanity for thousands of years and is infamous as a result. Despite bearing rational thought and intelligence he rampaged even right after he was born, being treated harshly by his sisters for his behaviour ever since. After meeting Rimuru, Veldora learned how to control his power and gained some slight semblance of restraint.
