The Cidre Guild (One Piece) are an elite organization of bounty hunters that utilize weapons that use carbonated water as a form of attack, such as cannons that fire carbonated water and “Carbonated Stream Swords” that project soda water with such great pressure that it can cut through stone.
Power/Ability to:	Create weapons from drinks.

The power to create and utilize drink-based weaponry. Sub-power of Drink Constructs. Variation of Food Weaponry and Organic Weaponry.

Capabilities

The user can create or use weapons formed from various kinds of drinks, or otherwise use drink-related power/use drinks as a conduit such as with drink-based artillery.
