Capabilities[]
Users, either innately or through training, possess mastery over sickles, a single-handed agricultural tool designed with variously curved blades and typically used for harvesting, or reaping, grain crops or cutting succulent forage, beyond that of the peak members of their species that also utilize sickles. Sickles have many variations and uses, including being attached to a chain to be used at a Kusarigama-like weapon, dual wielding or even utilized in similar fashion to a boomerang. However, combat isn't the only thing users are good at. With proficiency and skill in sickles, they have an aptitude for harvesting crops and farming as well, in fact, that was a sickles main use other than for combat.
With extraordinary skill in wielding a sickle for combat, one can expect similar usage as a scythe, but in melee-range. Cutting, slicing and striking are the most common attacks and techniques for sickle-based combat, however, more advanced and powerful users would be able to infuse energy into it to enhance its potency as well as create powerful and precise slashes effortlessly tearing through their opponent.
