The ability to absorb one's duplicates and utilize this in some way. Sub-power of Replication. Variation of Absorption. Not to be confused with Alternate-Self Absorption.

Capabilities

The user can absorb their duplicates or multiple presences back into a single self, and use this in various ways, gaining some form of advantage, either by enhancing themselves, gaining the drained power, using it as power source etc., either temporarily or permanently. Usually this involves absorbing the memories, skills and experiences of the duplicate. They can also use merging as a form of healing by absorbing an uninjured copy. Usually, users of this ability re-absorb their clones when they are not needed, thus returning to their original self to strength. Duplicate absorption can also be done to save energy or mental capacity by minimizing the effort required to sustain multiple presences.

With the Amazo Armor working its virus in his blood, Kid Amazo (DC Comics) can duplicate himself and create semi-sentient doppelgangers of others and assimilate them to gain their powers, skills and perishables as his own.

Duplication Users, like Danny or Vlad (Danny Phantom) can re-absorb their duplicates when they are not needed, but if a duplicate sustains too much damage, its body typically dissipates, and the original is unharmed.

The Wego Twins (Kim Possible) can re-absorb their clones when they are not needed.

Replay (Static Shock) is a metahuman with the ability of Duplication and can re-absorb his clones when they are not needed.
