Capabilities

User is able to create beings of ectoplasm or shape existing ghostly energies into wanted shapes and purposes. They can grant the beings varying levels of independence (controlled, automatons/programmed, semi-independent) and existence (momentary to permanent) and delete the creature once they are done with them.

Desiree (Danny Phantom) is a genie-like ghost with the power to grant wishes. This usually manifests through the form of a ghostly entity that enacts the wish, the exorcism of such entities usually leading to the cancellation of the wish.

Vlad Plasmius (Danny Phantom) has used the DNA of his arch nemesis Danny Phantom to create clones of him out of raw ectoplasm.

Nocturn (Danny Phantom) is able to summon a near infinite number of ghostly minions known as sleepwalkers.
