Capability
The user can tap into proton and electron based energy, that can be used to attract/pull and/or repel/push things. These things can be achieved by tapping into the proton's positive charge or electron's negative charge energies for repulsion/attraction depending on whats being attracted or pushed. If the user projects proton energy for offensive means, the thing with the like charge can be seriously hurt or possibliy killed.
