Users can absorb electricity (including bio-electricity, lightning, static, etc.), while removing it from the source, into their body and use it in various ways, gaining some form of advantage, either by enhancing themselves, gaining the drained power, using it as power source etc., either temporarily or permanently.
Some users can even or instead summon and absorb lightning from the atmosphere (thunderclouds or ionized air) to enhance themselves, instead of relaying on the outside sources in their environment.
