Capability
One can generate high voltage lightning arches from the hands, conjure forth lightning from storm clouds, or even discharge an excruciatingly high voltage electrical eruption from one’s body. Can generate small sparks.
High level users can control electric currents within people control them like a puppet.
Limits
Excessive use can result in the user becoming insane (“insanity”). If the user is damp, this results in self electrocution.
