Capability
One can generate small sparks, high voltage lightning arcs from one's hands, conjure forth lightning from storm clouds, manipulate and generate energies or even discharge an excruciatingly high voltage electrical eruption from one’s body. this is used to create a solid field of energy to blast enemies or objects and project and shape energy at will for other effects such as healing and blowing up objects by using electrical unit emissions. High level users can control electric currents within people control them like a puppet. Some can also make their electricity take the shape of certain objects or things (EX: a lightning dragon).
Limits
If the user of this ability gets wet, their power may backfire, and they may get electrocuted. This weakness is especially dangerous in a large body of water, where the user can die instantly. Also, the lightning might also be automatically attracted to metals and things such as lightning rods. One with this power may involuntary set things on fire, sometimes.
