The user can infect beings emotions, empathetically spreading emotions unto other negative and/or positive alike to bring out or inducing any from of emotions within themselves especially apathetic beings turning them into emotional beings themselves.
Should users spread specific emotions may depend on the nature of the infections is solely dependent on the nature of the emotions that spreads, turning people into either a malefic or benevolent due to the emotions that infects them and spreads out. Should users spread all emotions onto others may overwhelm others with meany feelings they may not be able to control for better or for worse.
